Summer, based on those inaccurate numbers I am sure the death rate could be that high. But just like every country around the globe that is dealing with this mess, how many people that were infected and recovered and the need for more testing to see how the numbers play out. I have been to Wuhan, and based on what I have seen, and their health care system, I could seeing it be that high. But I was told by friends that live there that the death rate across the country is higher, but so is the spread of the disease, especially after the Chinese New Year, celebrations that took place.
