Does time perception slow down or does brain frequency/speed increase? An increase in brain processing would be more useful for survival if brainwave frequency increases it must be due to the effects of adrenaline

I have a good explanation for why the years seem to pass more quickly the older you get. It's a matter of relatively (not the Einstein kind).

For me, at age 70, one year is just one seventieth of my existence. For my 10 year old granddaughter, that same amount of time is one tenth her existence.
