It's the old question, is human life made of more than flesh and bones? Is there a spiritual counterpart that is part of our lifetime? If that's the case, how come evidence is so hard to come by? If there is such a thing like an all encompassing spiritual life, aka soul, we have to assume we're living as part of that entity in life and death. Then the problem is that our brain and senses are not equipped to grasp the reality of this higher existence. If so, it's doubtful science will ever be able to answer these questions with by using their existing methods and instruments.
