Take a good look at the purported image of the Milky Way Galaxy. (It's an artist's conception.) But even then, presume the portrayal is valid.

Look even closer. The galaxy is rotating. The center of that rotation is tilted to an extent, away from the galactic plane. That tilt is why the arms of the galaxy are slightly 'warped'. That has nothing to do with a black hole.
