If the resistance of LK-99 is substantially lower than that of copper, then it can be used in everyday electrification work. That will be a game-changer. So, the benefit is there even if it is not a superconductor.

Assuming the stuff is ductile enough to be formed into wire, and that it's cheap enough to produce to be economically competitive.
