Once rain water hits the ground , regardless of reservoir or spring , this water is contaminated . Therefore all water must go through treatment before that water is drinkable .
Therefore the claim of bottled spring water is a lie , the water is identical to tap water !

You'll find that 95% of the contamination in tap water is..... Get this...... Toilet paper.

Nobody told me this , I am a scientist and know these sort of things . Put it one way , if you live in a country like England ,I wouldn't buy imported water bottles from other countries that may have a worse water processing system than home turf .

It really depends on where the tap water comes from, if it’s a deep aquapher it might no be as polluted as a lake or river source. As the water filters through different medians it is natural filtered. Surface water source has a higher chance of being polluted.

Now bottle water can be polluted by the bottle itself…
