Readers on Solar disturbances....AT&T outing

• Serious time and CME solar flux propagation studies are needed.
• Further technologies on ground and space assets have different vintage and provenance thus technology levels for radiation hardness and protections differ from old satellites to new series meant for internet hardiness such as Starlink series etc.
• Same goes for ground infrastructure therefore a detailed technical study and model only can verify this or negate this.
