Due to a mutation, I had a long bout with dementia.
I think they'll find the effects to be both direct and indirect.
What I'm most curious about however is the "pollution" from cooking: is this just normal cooking with a variety of foods or is it a single food and/or are they getting the pan so hot that stuff burns and smokes?
Because unlike other types of pollution, cooking felt so beneficial it was one of the few activities my body would do, even if I didnt end up eating.
