Ummm, no. Evolutionary Scientists with their theories do not settle it. That link sheds no affirming evidence to prove what you purport, including Bird who considered them to have been copied from real tracks and overlaid upon human tracks. Thinking something to be... does not make it fact. He did just that when he surmised they could not have been "recent" and also because he was a fervent subscriber to evolution.
Both the human footprint and the dinosaur print occurred in a relatively short time, possibly within hours of one another, because the ground was still soft enough to produce these prints. If it were millions of year between the two, the human foot print would not have been affected when the dinosaur stepped on top of it. Millions of years would cause massive erosion. but because they were covered shortly after being imprinted, it retained their contours.
