Question Found a very interesting unique blended rock, with an image of a face on it? Can anyone tell me the type of rock each part is?

This is the image of the rock. It was found on a beach spit, in Northeast Washington state. It is solid rock, not clay or anything like that. I'm curious what a geologist would think about this or archaeologist if it is carved by someone in the past.

Rocks are very difficult to identify via photos, perhaps these sites can help you.

You might also want to contact the US Geological Survey.
