"A stealthy stalker hidden in the tall grass" is a leopard, not a cheetah.

You're wrong. It's a cheetah. Even with the low resolution it's possible to make out far set back ears, orangish eyes and a teardrop black line running down from the inside corner of its eye and solid black spots are characteristics of cheetahs.
While cheetahs generally do have dark noses n leopards light ones it's not absolute for either.

I loved this piece, but caught an error in identifying one of the cryptic creatures. The family of mallards are actually common eiders.

Sorry but it is definitely a Leopard. The markings are all wrong for a cheetah. Plus, a cheetah has a smaller muzzle than the cat pictured.
