That's what I thought also? Who wrote this? I would think that having a CLOUD FREE site would be best to view the SUN!!!

The best place is in a CLOUD FREE site during the time the SUN is out.
Of course, the best place is to view it is on my back porch in the TEXAS Hill Country near Fredericksburg!
