I admit I'm nowhere near as experienced as a working Egyptologist, but in the years I've been independently studying it, I've never seen a depiction of a Pharaoh with stubble.

Also, what's going on with the blue crown? I've also never seen one portrayed like that - it almost appears that his war crown has been trampled. My first thought was that the artist was parodying Ramses.

The Adam's apple seems inconsequential; it's the other details that make the depiction look like they're trying to insult Ramses. The Pharaoh would never present himself before a God without having shaved, not just his face, but his entire body.

Maybe I'm wrong. That's my impression, though.
