I think that they've found us and it was a long time ago. I just believe that we are blinded by them. I believe that "they" can do pretty much anything if the wanted to do it. Maybe we're fun to watch with all our stupidity.

That scenario was the premise of a British tv series in the late 1960s / early 1970s called Captain Scarlet where an exploration team from Earth accidently fired in panic on a Martian vehicle and made sworn enemies of a species called the Mysterons !

For distraction reasons. Something is happening that they really want to distract people away from. Not sure if it is Ukraine, WHO or something else. But we are being distracted.
