' - How do I take this information and assess if I am at risk in a given location?
The high temperatures recently in Portland up into Canada, what wet bulb temperature could have been recorded there or at least estimated?

Telling me it is all dependent on a range of factors doesn't give me what is needed to decide if a location at a time should be visited.
