What's the hottest temperature the human body can endure?

Perhaps just me, but I have no way to understand what the data is advising me 'There also isn't a way to confirm that 95 F is the exact wet-bulb temperature that's unsurvivable; Raymond estimated that the true number is in the range of 93.2 F to 97.7 F (34 C to 36.5 C). ' - How do I take this information and assess if I am at risk in a given location?
The high temperatures recently in Portland up into Canada, what wet bulb temperature could have been recorded there or at least estimated?

Telling me it is all dependent on a range of factors doesn't give me what is needed to decide if a location at a time should be visited.
