Apophis and Bennu are now Planet Killers? Does LiveScience dismiss numeracy? Apophis impact would deliver under one gigaton of TNT equivalent. Compared to the KT dinosaur killer, Bennu is equally wimpy. at. KT impactor delivered an estimated 75 thousand gigatons.
