The difference between the two precise measurements may have something to do with the passage of time changing rate during different conditions in the universe's history, e.g., early density vs. later vacuity.

Wow I've just learnt something. I always watch programes that come on about the planets & had some programmes put on a a dvd for me . Professor Brian Cox has done some amazing live shows in Manchester about the universe

I am an information scientist who has studied ancient Indian myths. According to the ancient sages, the age of the Universe is 13.819 billion years. Since the Planck value for the age of the Universe is within 0.13% of the sages' value, it seems that the Planck team is right about the Hubble constant.
