Could be many foods without knowing your diet, but try to incorporate mushrooms into your diet. They go with just about anything and generally contain all three (some varieties more than others). Just know the mushrooms will need to be exposed to light to bring out the Vitamin D benefit.
 
You should eat broccoli, brussels sprouts, leafy green vegetables like cabbage, kale, spring greens, and spinach they are a good source of vitamin B and folic acid. For vitamin D you can eat salmon, canned tuna, egg yolk, mushroom, cereals, and oatmeal.
