What foods are missing from my diet if I'm missing Folic Acic, VitB and D

Could be many foods without knowing your diet, but try to incorporate mushrooms into your diet. They go with just about anything and generally contain all three (some varieties more than others). Just know the mushrooms will need to be exposed to light to bring out the Vitamin D benefit.
