I think the most fitting exercise is always working toward more regular forms of work, while enforcing and reinforcing proper posture.

For example, working in the grass and woods, rather than on floors and concrete distribute more of the stress from the workload across a wider set of muscles, inclusive of brain muscles.

Walking! Have you ever checked yourself in the mirror when in a standing position?
Ever had someone take a photo of yourself when walking? Look at your posture. If it's correct, then go from there

I think that once someone has adopted a permanent frame of being conscientious about improving their posture, they've won the battle.
