Watch Posture!

I think the most fitting exercise is always working toward more regular forms of work, while enforcing and reinforcing proper posture.

For example, working in the grass and woods, rather than on floors and concrete distribute more of the stress from the workload across a wider set of muscles, inclusive of brain muscles.

Walking! Have you ever checked yourself in the mirror when in a standing position?
Ever had someone take a photo of yourself when walking? Look at your posture. If it's correct, then go from there
 
My own posture is terrible i write by pen and paper due to OCD and i hunch over the work I am doing , For me writing makes me feel calm ,normally i write things down like quotes from Hinduism or Buddhism or mental health quotes . But i am also always on the pc as well and my posture is bad doing that , my gran use to say if you could balance a book on your head you have good posture , maybe i should try it some time
