This is sheer unadulterated nonsense. Anyone with a basic understanding of science will see that a line of sight device could not possibly work. - UNless it was attached to your chest. Even then a monochromatic beam of energy is incapable of anything except absorption, transmission, refraction or reflection. Grow up.

You are right, there is absolutely nothing that looks like a unique heartbeat pattern which could be employed to identify any individual at any distance LoL
 
Basic science would see that a line of sight like aiming a rifle at someone does work a laser is just more accurate. Laser sights are used in an array of sighting and guidance systems that require a line of sight.
