The universe is slightly hotter than it should be. 'Dark photons' could be to blame.

This seems to be a typo because of course light does interact with dark matter via gravity...

That is if you think that gravity interacts with dark matter. There is nothing to say that dark matter and gravity interact. Only that they are alike in there abilities to create attraction in mass. Gravity interacts with light, and we see this around Black holes. But can we actually say that light interacts with gravity?

Also, to Paul. If these dark photons are force carriers, couldn't they be interactors with dark energy. just as much as dark matter. But I think it's one or the other.
