There's a strange sphere of mass at the outer reaches of solar space. Did another star help put it there?

My theory is that approx 5 Billion years ago our galaxy collided with another galaxy to form what we have now. When this happens there are bound to be collisions between stars. Two stars collided to form our solar system. I believe they glanced off each other forming one star surviving and the other broke up to form the planets. This is why we have gas giants with huge amounts of Hydrogen & Helium. The result of Fusion collapsing. The smaller planets became iron core and various mineral based leftovers from the collision. Gravity from the surviving star formed the various orbits over millions of years to stabilize as we are at present. I think this type of event is what happens all over the universe to form solar systems in general.
