The smallest launch vehicle

I have the (highly subjective) impression that size matters in many space missions. And it often happens that the less the better. In 2017, the Japanese SS-520 was considered the smallest launch vehicle. In my opinion, for launch vehicles that deliver satellites or cargo to orbit or the ISS, it makes sense to be as small as possible. Now I think the smallest launch vehicle is the Skylark Nano
Do you know of something that works even smaller?
