And whatever the rotational plane that's there......it should rotate too.

How is the "bar" density structure in the center explained with black holes?

Do we have a line, a formation, of black holes?

Edit: Maybe the bar at the center is an illusion. The center might be made of rotations, just like the rest......only at the bar.....the rotations are locked in positional phase.
