While the ESA is hosting that timelapse on their website, they don't own that satellite or the images. The images are from GOES-16 (also called GOES-East or GOES-E), which is owned and operated by NASA in conjunction with NOAA. If you find the video on the ESA website, there's a link to the GOES-East images on the NOAA website, where they're all hosted for the public to see.
