Fuel is being disrupted immensely due to the war and with Nord Stream 2 now cancelled and the likelihood of Russian oil being cut (predictions of $300/ barrel in the media today), how can we reduce emissions in-line with targets whilst maintaining quality of life?
In the short-term we may all be increasing coal excavations!
