S.C.O.T.U.S. simply ruled that the right to an abortion was not a constitutional right. The concept was based upon Roe v. Wade being initially wrongly decided. Consequently, that made the laws of the individual states paramount now, and for any changes in the future. The intense emotion on both sides of this issue should now be correctly directed at state legislators and voters.
