Cytochrome P 450 3A4 inhibitors are known to increase blood levels and blood presence duration of common PDE 5 inhibitor drugs like sildenafil enormously and are known to be potentially dangerous in coadministration with sildenafil. CYP3A4 inhibitors include: grapefruit, Seville oranges, proton pump inhibitors such as Tagamet, Nexium and Prilosec, erythromycin and clarythramycin, Lipotor, Crestor, antifungals such as diflucan, grisiofolin, and Sporonox, and an enormous number of other drugs. These should be strenuously avoided while taking ED drugs and cancer treatments.

Im 58. Yes, I get blue vision for like 4 to 5 hours. It's hard to drive when you have the altered vision. I recommend not doing it. But it's worth it for me and my wife. At least it goes away and what I see no major long lasting side effects.
