There are a few medications that cause rebound headaches. Tables that have codeine in them and your traditional paracetamol. There are a few prescription medications that causes rebound headaches.

Most medications are a hit and miss. Having a rebound migraine/headache is not as bad if not severe as the day before. Most would be grateful for it. A typical migraine will take 3-4 days to go away.

As for cannabis itself, I guess you can add it to the list of many others that fail
