Is running good for weight loss?

All good and factual but stating the obvious, this is a general picture with individuals assessing their personal health and wellbeing ahead of high impact exercise...

I attempt to walk for 2hrs/ day at around 2.5 miles/ hr.... I have attempted running and would lose weight as per the article, but I am easily laid up with my knee for 1-2 days after so I will be remaining on the low impact walking whilst taing in the scenery around me as the Autumn tints arrive,
