Is it possibly an instance of fact that Dark Matter is "melting" to make all the composite matter. Yes, start with Imagination and melt it to a brave new World, one in which time still holds Dark Matter but the clock is 'slower' the further you go back and out. Even if the coordinates of space get looser the more out you get. There is the same "out" wherever you go in the Universe just of different ratio scales.
