It certainly is a load of vaccine candidates. It might be a load of crap. Time will tell if anything actually works for the masses.

We must all hope that none of these result in a low affinity antibody response to the virus upon exposure. That could actually make things worse by way of antibody-dependent enhancement .*

This can happen when non-neutralizing antibodies are the main response. This could result from an aging immune system, or from genetic factors in each individual. It is the reason that a safe vaccine was never developed for the first SARs virus back in 2003.

(this link does mention the potential for ADE in these SARS-CoV-2 vaccines, and provides background.)

No mention of the Russian vaccine candidate, which so far has proved successful and safe.

Perhaps the list is limited to studies which meet certain criteria for accuracy and reliability. While the Russians may make a perfectly good vaccine, it is the testing and evaluation before giving it to millions of people which is vital to be certain. No one who has generated a vaccine currently being tested in humans could have proven its safety yet. That and its success will depend on the actual "testing" once millions of people receive it. Safety comes before everything.

Vaccine development studies like this are extremely data intensive. It is critical that all data collection, reporting and an extensive evaluation by experts is allowed to occur unhindered. Once you get the vaccine injected, you cannot easily change the results which occur to your immune system, if at all.

But none of the vaccine candidates cited have been tested according to your criteria either , yet they are included. Your explanation doesn't fit.

Perhaps the reason the others are included is because they ARE following all the requirements to get approval. You cannot retroactively "fix" things that were never right to begin with. Once you start the study, all the guidelines have to be in place, etc. and they all have to be acceptable. If they are not, the results will never fly in countries that require those stringent requirements. There are countless pharmaceuticals and medical devices made in other countries that cannot be marketed in the U.S. and other countries because they do not pass muster.

If you are really interested in what it takes, do a search on "Vaccine registration by FDA" and you will get a very good idea of the requirements. There is a good reason why it usually takes years to get a viable product to market.

Over in the UK The Covid vaccine has suddenly been halted because someone ironically went down with it

It appears unrelated to the vaccine. Some kind of spinal issue was the latest interruption known to me. They also had one with complications from MS, also unrelated to the vaccine. With so many people involved, some are going to come down with something and they have to investigate all for safety issues. That is why they do so many people and why it takes so long to get it right.

Just to confirm that case in the U.K. This is the quote from a link* below

"The participant — a woman in the U.K. — showed neurological symptoms often associated with transverse myelitis, a condition where the spinal cord becomes inflamed, AstraZeneca CEO Pascal Soriot told investors during a private call on Sep. 9, according to Stat News. These symptoms can include pain, muscle weakness, paralysis and bladder problems. Soriot confirmed that the patient did receive the real COVID-19 vaccine and not a placebo shot, but her diagnosis of transverse myelitis has yet to be confirmed and may or may not be linked to the vaccine itself. "

And? I'm discussing the Russian candidate, which so far has been successful, but not included in the "list", while the Oxford is/was and must now be paused.
I smell double standards.

No mention of the Russian vaccine candidate, which so far has proved successful and safe.

Recent reports about questionable data have cast doubts on the reliability of the Russian "Sputnik V" vaccine. These doubts are based on results published in a paper to The Lancet. It is not clear whether this will invalidate the study, or is just a misinterpretation of the data.

One report on global experts evaluation of the Russian data :

Such things have to be looked at during any trial of this nature. This does not mean that there are intentional errors or out-right fraudulent reporting of data. The story means that more scrutiny must be placed on certain trials by anyone where the data do not look likely, and other data are not presented, based on the opinions of a number of world experts.

The Oxford trial which was suspended due to an adverse reaction is back on. Apparently the reaction of one of the vaccine recipients was not related to the trial :
