Hackers could shut down satellites — or turn them into weapons

Perhaps the author of this article could check how far the ISS is from the orbit of these sats and how much fuel they have. There is absolutely no way the could ever be boosted to the ISS orbit. Being a security expert does not make a rocket scientists it seems and a correction is in order. Or just take it down because there is no meat in the story. There is zero evidence there is any problem.

Besides, please explain how these hacked sats could affect positioning data.... there is no signal being sent to use, there is no chip on earth that can receive something. They function as a standard internet connection.
