Title is misleading. As the report and this article states that African Descendants of Slavery in America are not from “All Across Africa” but as we already knew they are predominantly from West, Central, and South-Western Africa. As the name Transatlantic suggests most people who have ancestry that comes out of Slavery also have ancestry that comes from regions in Africa that are by-and-large along the coasts of the Atlantic Ocean.
