I had thought that niburu was a large planet but, either way, wouldn't
the present equipment detect such a thing in our solar system where
the system is a seemingly very balanced operation where any outside
gravitational pull would show up?

Agreed, but molten Nickel is magnetic- isn't the core Ni?

i think the reason it works to generate a field (core) is the pressure in the inner core is so intense that despite the heat it is theorized (idk maybe known for sure) to be a solid.

magnetism requires alignment. even "rare earths" have to be manufactured and then magnetically programmed with a strong electro magnet to align what ever going on there.

my guess is metal when hot and not under pressure allows all that alignment to whip around in any which way as the vibration of being hot provides the energy to do so and open air is TONS of space/ not much pressure pushing on it.

this is all my semi edu semi rusty idea/ research/dont take it for fact.
I know the need to intialiy set manufactured magnets iron/rare earth is true though. (mainly IT and Electronics are my interest sci in general is but time is limited )

The earth functions like a magnet AND a battery. When you get to the size of our planet, magnetic/gravitational/energy forces behave differently then they do at a smaller scale. The polar caps function like the top and bottom (positive/negative) parts on a battery AND a magnet. Energy flows to/from each end to create our solar wind shield. I won't try to explain it all, but the movement of the molten stuff in the core, against exterior land creates a ton of charge in all the particles, not just the metal. The water covering the majority of our planet and the moon pulling that water to and fro creates further charge with tides, rivers, etc. There is also the daily heating/cooling experienced by the rotation of the planet (but less on the white snow caps), and the yearly rotation around the sun, in addition to the wobble motion through the seasons. Think about how much energy you get in a handhel gyroscope or spinning top, then amplify/multiple it with all the forces above. That energy has to go somewhere! Not to mention all the Hydrogen locked up in the water.

Beware however, if the magnetic sheath drops, that water (Hyrdogen) will be very swiftly dispatched and vaporized and absorbed in to space and by our sun! Venus was tipped on its side, possibly due to one of the poles melting, and Mars had its water stripped way, quite possibly for similar reasons.

When someone said out planet has Goldilocks conditions for life, I wonder if people truly understand the amazing rarity and fragility of it all. The fact that our planet exists in its current wonderful form is such a high odd lottery, and we WON! Yet the fruits of that win are being squandered away, because we are continuing to tinker with it's inner workings and disrupt it's gentle balance from within. Man is VERY powerful now, in aggregate - and it's about time we woke up and realized that collective power and took charge of it, instead of walking around like Deer's in the headlights.

The earth is already bound to one day be pulled in by the sun and become one, we certainly do not need to expedite that process and prematurely liberate all the energy on our rock. Energy has a will, and it wants to be free, we need to recognize that force, and take charge of it. I hate to say it - but Elon Musk is one of few people I can think of that truly understands what's going on. We need to buy ourselves some time, and get to 100% sustainability, and focus on expanding our horizons beyond this planet to create hope for the future of humanity.

Wake up folks, the internet has the capability to help us solve our scaling/greed/growth issues, let's get after it. The time for a new Sustainability Currency is NOW. It's time to re-engineer our society and build a NEW American dream that EVERYONE can aspire to. Zero Carbon, Sustainability, Automation, Shortened Work Hours, Better Quality of Living, and more time for collective growth and development of humanity and our knowledge, and most importantly, more time for FUN!

We can do this. But the existing power structure and greedy money influence has to stop. We will in-fight our way to oblivion if the Sociopath 1% don't start taking bold action. The people are figuring things out, and the current prolonged economic stagnation period should be all the indication necessary that change is coming.

also sustainablility is likely prevented by that 1% if you pay attention about the only hard fact of economics is scarcity = profitability and or power/control (depending on demand and what it enables...energy is a big one though, arguably the only reason the human race had such a pop boom)

we have sustainable energy cycles.

its called liquid thorium reactors.

the us airforce had a program in the 60s that built working demonstrations... they wanted a nuke powered jet engine/nuke powered nuke bomber.. guy who made the reactors never wanted that to happen but knew this reactor was better for the earth/safe power generation so took the only chance he figured hed get to develop it. WE HAD THEM WORKING. thankfully ICBMS meant the airforce never flew this REALLY BAD IDEA REGARDLESS but sadly the powers that b shelleved the tech. China and india are going at it hard now though.

the father of uranium reactors /nuclear power never intended civil gen plants to be uranium. thorium is one of the most abundant elements...uranium is more scarce than platinum. these reactors need to be circulated to react with a bit of heat added to get them molten first then circulation sustains. they can be designed in such a way where a refigerated block of salt sits at bottom of loop.

unlike uranium plants that require water circulated weeks to months after shutdown or they blow up(non nuclear its actually a hydrogen explosion in bwr plants) Thorium with out cirulation of the loop of molten salt its in, stops reacting and goes solid.

hence with the freezer block at the bottom you get a reactor that if power goes out around it, melts the drain plug and turns into a solid in a catch basin. reactor and world safe.

better yet it can be used to reprocess and extract more energy from what is now considered waste for millions of years. it can convert it to stuff with much more human scale danger periods ...ie it might be safe for your grand kids instead of 10k or 1m years from now (been a while since i checked actual time on current waste products but its LONG)

Some further observations have shown that chrome-nickel-manganese alloy is quite magnetic up to nearly red hot but,
after that, it drops off to zero.
In the past, I have worked on piping for liquid gases and, it was
kept in the liquid state (as much as possible) by keeping the
temperature down.
I asked one of the engineers there what the pressure would be
to prevent the liquid gas from boiling.
He said it would be some where above the ultimate strength of the container.
With the liquid and solid gases, the temperature seems to be a major factor tho a few such as propane, methane, etc. are held as a liquid
due to pressure.
With that, I wonder how liquid metal would become solid due to
pressure on it.

Nelson, I agree. Personally, I do not think the core is Iron. I think it is another material. I would guess it is a yet unknown state of matter. I call it a Super Heated Hyperpressurized Solid. In this state, matter wants to liquify but it cannot because of compression. I would imagine that this does not happen at the core but rather two thirds of the way down to the core. Logically pressure at the core should be zero. I also believe that the core may be metallic hydrogen that is created from this state instead of being found in its normal cryogenic state. ... I also believe that one of the properties of superpressurized solids is that they convert energy into physical matter. We see this in plants but through a different mechanism. ... We as men know only how to create energy from matter via destruction. However, the universe itself must be based on energy to matter conversion. We should see this repeated all over the cosmos. ... The Sun is at a scale where gravity mass causes hydrogen to convert to energy, but the particle energy is able to escape. ... If all this is true then it would align with Abiotic oil theory, where oil is produced by a combination of carbon and hydrogen molecules deep in the earths core. .... This is why so many oil deposits are so far down.

Then why is oil found in cambrian shale? I'm wondering how the oil gets trapped in only certain types of rocks, often not igneous.
