Sir, how phosphorus came into universe at what time, this has not been answered. The lake having phosphorus is due to the decay of living beings as fishes and others.

I don't understand how phosphorus "arose" on Earth. Is the article saying that phosphorus wasn't non-existant, it was simply rare and present only outside bodies of water? Run-off from land put phosphorus into the water, creating new chemical bonds that became life sustaining? Forgive my ignorance, but I read the article twice and still didn't "get it."
