Is it possible that corona virus would travel in air being sorbed on t.he particles of dust? How far can it move? Nobody checked it. This way of transmisison is possible.

Since the Mode of Transmission is thru Micro droplets when someone that is infected ,coughs, sneezes etc,and a healthy person can inhale it,I suppose what youre saying is in fact possible..It makes sense!

This way of transmission for viruses, not just this strain, is very much a proven reality. It's one of the reasons why people have some hope that warmer weather will reduce the transmission of the illness. When air is cool and dry, airborne particles tend to float in the air for longer periods of time, increasing chances of being inhaled by someone else.

When air gets warmer, particles tend to fall to the ground, or surfaces more quickly. This doesn't mean the coronavirus will go away in warm weather, just that the warm months may slow airborne transmission a bit, but contact with surfaces with the virus will remain like they are today. This is why everyone wants to impart the importance of frequent and thorough hand washing.

This NPR report has some great info on this, including a statement from an expert on infectious diseases, Elizabeth McGraw:

In addition, there's the matter of transmission. Viruses spread through respiratory droplets that are released when an infected person coughs or sneezes. And the droplets are more likely to spread under certain conditions. "What we know is that they're [the droplets] are better at staying afloat when the air is cold and dry, " says McGraw. "When the air is humid and warm, [the droplets] fall to the ground more quickly, and it makes transmission harder."
