😶so I literally rinsed my sinuses out in the shower the other day just by sniffing water up my nose.
I live in Central Florida. I will never do this again obviously but should I be worried?

Call your county and ask. It does say that it's 'rare'. I also live in Central Florida, and there's not a chance that you're going to take a shower anywhere and not get some moisture in your nose.
